Existing customers can also open and track a support ticket through the client area.
Customer service commitments
We aim to respond sooner wherever possible and will acknowledge customer communications and formal complaints within five working days.
We aim to provide a full response to a formal complaint within ten working days. If additional time is needed, we will explain why and provide an updated timescale.
